| | Great cookbook with easy, flavorful healthy recipes. Lots of good tips throughout for how to lighten up your favorite sauces and dressings. Not every single recipe is a winner though but every cookbook has a few duds. |

| | Best damn health food cook book |
| | I joined weight watchers on Jan 2 and have lost 30 pounds. Since my husband didn't need to loose weight but I had to cook, this was the next best thing. He loves most all the meals in this book and you can not tell it's healthy. You just have to watch the portion sizes you eat. But it is wonderful. I bought one for myself and two more for my friend and brother.
The stuffed cicilian sausage pizza is to die for. |

| | I love this cookbook and have already made a few of the recipes for dinner. They have a good variety of chicken dinners. Also, I like being able to browse recipes and know ahead of preparing how many points it's going to cost me. I've turned some neighbors on to it and they have said it's a good cookbook, too. The only downside, so far, is I find the appetizers to be disappointing. I haven't made any of those because they didn't seem appetizing. |
